Fresh off their summer break, the St. Joseph
Adult Choir will soon return to serving at the
10:30 Mass, and we’re happy to announce we
have a few seats available for anyone who
might wish to join us. Our choir has grown in
number and musical skill these past four
years. We’re ready to embark on a challenging
fall program of great choral masterworks, including
music by Bach, Handel, Faure, Beethoven, and Saint-Saens.
If you read music, have somewhat of a choral background,
and would like to accept the challenge of joining us for
weekly rehearsals and service during the 10:30 Mass, please
see Rodney after any of our Masses to discuss the opportunities.
We’re particularly looking for Altos and High Sopranos,
but all five sections of the choir will welcome new singers.
Our first rehearsal will be the Monday AFTER Labor Day,
September 8th, at 7 p.m. in the church.
