Our Mission

The mission of the Liturgical Committee at St. Joseph’s Church is to enhance the liturgy and spirituality of all parishioners.  We endeavor to facilitate full and active participation of the parish assembly and support our pastor in his ministerial responsibility to the people of God.

What we do: We are made up of the leaders of the general religious ministries – Readers, Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers, Musicians and Cantors, Faith Formation, Sacristan, Church decorations, our pastor and the deacons.  We meet as needed to plan the liturgical programs for the various seasons of the liturgical year.  We also review feedback on parish outreach and sacramental life.

Where/When: Our meetings are called as needed.  We meet at least five times a year.
