Mission Statement: Our council focuses on being a ” Men’s Organization” and resource for Fr. Patrick and St. Joseph Church.
Who we are: The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic men’s
fraternal organization established by Fr. Michael McGivney in 1882 as a resource for the widows and orphans of the large Irish Catholic community in his parish. Today we are an international organization of well over one million Catholic Men serving our God, our parish and our fellow parishioners by acting and living our faith. Our Council has been in place since March of 19
What We Do: We provide assistance in the form of our Parish Assistance Program; Annual Lenten Fish Frys; Widows Poinsettias at
Christmas; Rosaries at 1st Communion and Confirmation, financial support to
Operation Hope and other activities. We have several new activities scheduled for this year due to an increase in our active men

How You Can Help: We always welcome volunteers to any of our projects. You do not have to be a Knight to assist us. If you feel interested in becoming a Knight, please call Grand Knight Fred Taccolini or any member of our Council and they will get you started on your journey to Knighthood. Past Grand Knights Michael Spooner, Michael Roper, Thomas Plichta, John Fisher, Tim Fischer and Ron Byrd are just a few that can assist you. The only requirements are that you be a male, 18 years old, and practicing your Catholic faith. Once enrolled we encourage new members to find an activity they enjoy and get involve
